- Data you give us when you request a demo or message us: your name, company name, mobile number, city, the system you need, number of trucks and your message.
- General technical data recorded automatically by the server, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and to run the website.
How form data is sent
The website does not store form data on its servers. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", a message with your details is prepared and opened in WhatsApp, and it is only sent when you press send yourself. The message is then subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
How we use your data
- To contact you, arrange the demo and answer your questions.
- To prepare a quote that fits your business.
- To improve the website and protect it from misuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Sharing data
We only share your data with service providers we need to run the website and contact you (such as hosting and WhatsApp), or when an official authority requires it under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Data of system customers
Data our customers enter into Perfect ERP (such as trucks, drivers and invoices) belongs to the customer, and we process it only to provide the service under our contract with them.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your rights
